We use cookies only to make the forum work. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking across other sites — which is why you are not being shown a consent banner.
| Cookie | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
mybbuser | Keeps you logged in | Until you log out, or up to a year with “remember me” |
sid | Identifies your current session | Until you close the browser |
mybb[lastvisit]mybb[lastactive] | Works out which threads are new to you | About a year |
mybb[threadread]mybb[forumread] | Remembers what you have already read | About a year |
loginattempts | Counts failed logins, to slow down guessing | Hours |
acploginattempts | The same, for the admin panel | Hours |
Every one of these is set by the forum itself and read only by it. None of them identify you to anyone else.
The website may remember small display preferences in your browser’s local storage. That never leaves your device.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them for novarpg.eu means you will not be able to stay logged in to the forum, because staying logged in is a cookie.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, which does not set cookies but does see your IP address. Clicking through to Discord or Multi Theft Auto takes you to sites with their own policies.
