No email addresses published — pick whichever route fits.
Post in Bug Reports with the steps to reproduce it. “It crashed” cannot be investigated; “it crashed when I entered the garage at the docks towing a trailer” can.

Use Player Reports and include evidence — a screenshot or a short clip, and roughly when it happened. One thread per incident.
Use Ban Appeals. One thread per appeal. Do not argue it in other threads or in game.

For a copy of your data, or to have your account deleted, message an administrator on the forum from the account in question — that is how we know the request is really yours. See Privacy.
We deliberately do not publish an email address. A public address is scraped within days and becomes unusable, and every route above reaches the same people.
